If you feel that your matter is an emergency please call an ambulance on 111.
If you call the surgery after hours for urgent care you will be transferred to a registered nurse who will be able to assist you.
On Arrival at the practice:
When you arrive and book in for your appointment, please inform the reception staff if
you have any of the following symptoms:
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Severe abdominal pain
- Major bleeding
- Any change in consciousness
If you are caring for a child attending an appointment please let the receptionist know if
they have had:
- Diarrhoea
- Vomiting
- High fever
- Lethargy
- A new rash
If you are pregnant please let us know if:
- You have pain, bleeding or reduced movement of the baby
- If your membranes have ruptured (waters broken)
If we know this, we may be able to arrange a more urgent appointment or we can monitor you closely until the doctor is free to see you.
